Gymbag backpack

The idea for GYMBAG came about at Smukfest, where I came across a Walter old-fashioned gym bag that brought me great joy and was really practical during the festival.

As with my other bags, the idea for them came from my own needs. I then designed them in my own way using the delicious textile and leather scraps I had lying around.

I like to combine different materials and colors. I let the fabric and the leather give the bag expression - a simple bag now has a playful look. This makes each bag unique.

The bags have a small zippered pocket on the outside for easy access. Here there is room for smaller items such as a phone. You have the option to carry the bag with the zipper towards your back.

The leather I use is recycled leather from old jackets, skirts and the like. The fabric is primarily Kvadrat upholstery fabric or other strong textiles. The only limit to what I use for GYMBAGs is my imagination.
